Account and sign-in

Dropnote supports account-based syncing. If you experience issues signing in, please include your device model, iOS version, and the sign-in method you used.

Location reminders

Dropnote uses location access to remind you when you are near places where you saved notes. For reminders to work in the background, make sure location permission and notifications are enabled for Dropnote in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions

Dropnote Pro is managed through Apple In-App Purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of your account data, contact us at support@appdropnote.com using the email associated with your Dropnote account.
